At Speed and Air, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, our return policy is designed to be straightforward and hassle-free. Please review the following guidelines for returning items:
Return Eligibility
Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Nationality: For the moment returns are only applicable for orders within the United States.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging intact.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Custom artwork is not eligible for return or refunds. All custom art pieces are final sale.
International orders outside of the United States of America and its territories.
Return Process
Initiate a Return: Contact our team at questions@speedandair.com to initiate a return. Please provide your:
Order Number
Proof of purchase (receipt or delivered items)
Reason for the return
Your desired solution (replacement or return/refund).
Preparing Your Return
Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories if applicable.
Shipping: We offer two convenient options for returning items,
Prepaid Return Label: We can provide a prepaid return shipping label. There is no cost for our prepaid label but a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. (Our restocking fee is 20% of your returned item cost.)
Customer-Facilitated Return: You may choose to use your preferred shipping method at your own cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds and Exchanges
Inspection and Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges: Unfortunately at as of this moment we do not offer any exchanges on our original or custom artwork.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at questions@speedandair.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
