As a small business our downfall is shipping times. Our standard shipping option only takes three-four weeks to arrive at your doorstep. Although our process isn’t as fast as Amazon we craft all of our artwork with diligence, passion, and guarantee quality!

All our art is measured in inches and is formatted in portrait orientation.

Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our team at questions@speedandair.com and please provide your,
Order Number
Proof of purchase (receipt or delivered items.)
Reason for the return
Your desired solution (replacement or return/refund).
Preparing Your Return
Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories if applicable.
We offer two convenient options for returning items,
Prepaid Return Label: We can provide a prepaid return shipping label. There is no cost for our prepaid label but a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. (Our restocking fee is 20% of your returned item cost.)
Customer-Facilitated Return: You may choose to use your preferred shipping method at your own cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds and Exchanges
Inspection and Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges: Unfortunately at as of this moment we do not offer any exchanges on our original or custom artwork.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at questions@speedandair.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

Canvas Art:
Our canvas prints are made from poly-cotton canvas material and printed with fade-resistant inks, stretched over a wooden frame.
Metal Art:
Our metal prints are made from highly refined and thin aluminum sheets. This allows our art to have a crisp finish and be lightweight for hanging.
FAQs
Is the artwork ready to hang?
All of our artwork comes ready to hang with double sided 3M tape! We are working to provide a stable form of hanging but our push to get our art out there couldn’t wait any longer. We hope you enjoy our art as much as we do! (For heavier prints such as large and beyond we recommend stronger 3M tape)
When will my art be shipped out?
All original and custom artwork will be shipped out in less than 24 hours!
*this relates to shipping processing, not delivery wait time or confirmation wait time of custom orders.
How do I clean my art?
All of our canvases are quite durable and should resist most scratches, smudges, fingerprints, etc. You can dust canvases with a soft, dry cloth. If your canvas is damaged and needs deeper cleaning you may try a damp cloth.
What if my art arrived damaged?
We’ve all been there, so we know how much a pain in the a** it could be. If it either never arrived or arrived damaged, please reach out to us as soon as you can!

Tell us if you’d like to receive a replacement or a refund on your returned artwork.
*replaced artwork will still incur a cost to the customer but will be SUBSTANTIALLY discounted. (we recommend replacing your art rather than returning as the return process could be lengthy). Once items are returned a monetary refund will be issued to you! All refunds incur a 20% restocking fee.

What is the wait time for custom art?
Money doesn’t sleep and neither does our desire to fill your home with your custom artwork!
Once we receive your custom order we will need 1-5 days (not business) to get the details right, then we will reach back out for your approval so keep and eye out for our email. After the art is approved we will ship within 24 hours!
